There are many Android OS users all over the world that have been waiting Android OS 2.2 for so long, but there are some sad news for the G1 owners. Sadly, G1 users will be unable to use new Android 2.2 also known as FroYo.
Android OS is amazing system and it got even better over the years. The first phone introduced with Android OS was the G1 phone, so it’s quite disappointing that the G1 won’t have Android 2.2 support. The main reason for this is that the G1 simply doesn’t have enough memory to store the new FroYo OS. Therefore, if you want to enjoy the amazing features of the Android 2.2 you’ll just have to purchase a newer phone.
So what are the main and amazing features that the Android 2.2 will offer to its users? First, Android OS has been criticized for being slow. This will certainly be changed with the new 2.2 OS. Another great thing about the new Android is support for Flash Player that older versions lack. Also, nice feature will be direct installation of apps to the SD memory with the “Move to SD button”.
The new Android OS will be boosted and faster than earlier editions and if you want to enjoy it you will have to get a new phone. As for G1, it was a great phone when it came out, but times have changed now and with the Android 2.2 G1 will become just a part of a history.
There has been several high end HTC smarthpones recently such as HTC Desire, HTC Incredible and HTC EVO 4G. All of them are amazing phones but they have one single flaw, they don’t have QWERTY keyboard. Many users are used to QWERTY keyboards as it offers greater convenience for IMing, emailing and blogging for example. So in order to fill the needs of its customers and rival against the Milestone, HTC is working on a phone similar to HTC Desire but with built in keyboard.
Many people prefer QWERTY keyboards because they provide them the actual look and feel of the real keyboard, unlike the virtual one on the touchscreen display. So HTC has been developing a new phone specially for fans of the QWERTY. There aren’t much information about the new HTC Vision but we’re guessing that it will be quite similar to HTC Desire, which means it will be a pretty high spec phone.
HTC Vision will come with a touchscreen display 800×480 pixels and of course with the sliding keyboard. There are some speculations about the operating system that will new HTC Vision use. It should run Android OS 2.1 but as we all know HTC has promised that most of its phones launched in 2010 will be using Android 2.2. So we can just wait and see what will happen.
At the moment there are no additional information such as specs, price or even a release date, but if Vision is similar to HTC Desire we should see a phone with great specs sometime soon. Ss for the price, it remains unknown for now.

This isn’t the first overpriced iPad but it’s definitely one to consider if you’re filthy rich and very bored with your life. The iPad Supreme is made of solid Gold and comes with Diamonds on top.
The iPad Supreme is priced at $190,000. It’s surely going to attract attention for at least five minutes or so. The back panel of the thing is made of solid 22ct gold which weighs 2,100 grams. The Apple logo is covered with 53 diamonds that bring extra bling to the tablet. They are 25.5ct ‘I’F’ Flawless diamonds. So make sure we take extra care of the device.
The iPad Supreme is actually a Wi-Fi + 3G 64GB iPad so you’ll have plenty of storage space and connectivity options whenever you do decide to play with this toy. Chances of impressing the audience will be pretty scarce once you decide not to take this heavy gold rock with you at all times.
If you want to buy this thing you’ll have to know that they’re only making ten iPad Supreme units. Better hurry, or decide to buy something else instead!!!
One of the most annoying things in life is to throw the garbage, and that too after a satisfying dinner. If only the trashcans were slightly appealing to look at, and if they defined your personality, maybe you would not hate the act of throwing garbage so much!!! Here are some of the geekiest and hi-tech trashcans that I have ever come across. It would be a great pleasure to manage household waste if we could get one of these superb trashcans.
R2D2 Trash Can
Star Wars fans would know how important R2D2 is. No matter how small an adorable robot play. Likewise in life trashcans may play a very small role, but their significance is of utmost importance. This R2D2 trashcan is inspired by the adorable robot from Star Wars. If you are bored of your old and simple trash bin, then you can swap it with the Star Wars R2D2 TrashCan.
This is a fully licensed replica which is crafted in Japan, and as all Japanese gadgets painstaking attention is given even to the slightest and tiniest detail. A foot-pedal at the base of R2D2 automatically opens his dome to reveal a removable basket which can be lined with a plastic trash bag for an easy clean-up.
Even if you don’t want to use him as a waste basket (which is really downgrading for a cool character like him), you can fill him up with ice and let him serve you and your friends your favorite drinks while you chill out.
one thing is for sure, he’s got to be the coolest TrashCan in the whole of the galaxy!!!
Minus Concept TrashCan
The Minus Concept Trashcan is a serious design that freezes the garbage and refuse so that it does not decay and let out foul odors. It could be a great new gadget to those who live in small apartments without gardens.
